Fuat Rekin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Ali Kadrettin having to interfere. If Fuat Rekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Yıldıray Çelenkoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Mehmet Bilge Behzat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yesilova SK's Mehmet Bilge Behzat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Yesilova SK from getting a goal against them. If Yıldıray Çelenkoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Hüsamettin Toper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Bilge Behzat was a little too slow when Yıldıray Çelenkoğlu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Ataol Sahat fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pazarcik's protests and gave Ataol Sahat a yellow card for diving instead. Ataol Sahat kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Fuat Rekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cevahir Akkoç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Mehmet Bilge Behzat made a huge save. Pazarcik's Mustafa Ali Kadrettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsamettin Toper in the 32nd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Pazarcik's goal looked a bit too open when Orbay Semi came free, but Mustafa Ali Kadrettin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pazarcik's Cevahir Akkoç came free and shot a quick shot against goal 40 minutes in the game, fortunately Mehmet Bilge Behzat had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 46th minute, Hüsamettin Toper got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hüsamettin Toper to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Yesilova SK got a freekick which was hit by Karhan Tunçdağ. In the 57th minute Yıldıray Çelenkoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Bilge Behzat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yıldıray Çelenkoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Bilge Behzat having to interfere. After 63 minutes, Akif Uyguralp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yesilova SK and the Pazarcik players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Pazarcik booed when Yesilova SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akif Uyguralp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Işık Aydınalp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mehmet Bilge Behzat. Yesilova SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Yesilova SK's Hüsamettin Toper got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Yesilova SK's goal looked a bit too open when Cevahir Akkoç came free, but Mehmet Bilge Behzat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Akif Uyguralp was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. A collision led to Yesilova SK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Akif Uyguralp hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Cevahir Akkoç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
