Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İsmail Cem Tublek started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Kutlay Beysan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altintas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mersin FK the free kick. Kutlay Beysan kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. İsmail Cem Cengel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birdal Erdursun made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Atacan Özkutay sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the game, Mersin FK's İsmail Cem Tublek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Necat Kadirsah made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kerem Perkel took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Necat Kadirsah. Necat Kadirsah dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kerem Perkel in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Necat Kadirsah saved Altintas from getting behind. The supporters of Mersin FK booed when Altintas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birsel Tokel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nusrettin Battal's late challenge caught a Mersin FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nusrettin Battal helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Altintas! Atacan Özkutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Birdal Erdursun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Altintas's goal looked a bit too open when Kerem Perkel came free, but Necat Kadirsah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necat Kadirsah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsmail Cem Tublek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İsmail Cem Tublek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Necat Kadirsah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mersin FK's goalkeeper Birdal Erdursun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 57thth minute of the game Atacan Özkutay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mersin FK's Birdal Erdursun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Altintas's goalkeeper Necat Kadirsah had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kerem Perkel. Orhun Akar hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsmail Cem Tublek in the 82nd minute of play forced Altintas's goalkeeper Necat Kadirsah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Altintas's Necat Kadirsah got control of the ball when Kerem Perkel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Altintas's Atacan Özkutay got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When İsmail Cem Cengel came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Altintas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İsmail Cem Cengel couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mersin FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
