The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgun Alan during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Olgun Alan kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Gökhun Lebib came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Mersin JK's Ferman Altunhan. But to his dismay, Ferman Altunhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 24 played minutes Beylikdüzü FK got a freekick which was hit by Buğra Yılmaz. A collision led to Mersin JK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Kuddusî Yılma hit a great ball. Sezer Tezer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Beylikdüzü FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Buğra Yılmaz struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Bora Kadrettin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beylikdüzü FK. Gökhun Lebib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Namık Velican, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Okanay Öztimur hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Beylikdüzü FK's Gökhun Lebib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Namık Velican in the 33rd minute of play. Namık Velican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gökhun Lebib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rüknettin Tunçtürk kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Beylikdüzü FK's Gökhun Lebib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Namık Velican in the 42nd minute of play. Ferman Altunhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gökhun Lebib having to make a save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferman Altunhan was the one to do the kick off. Ferman Altunhan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gökhun Lebib came out and tried to block the shot, but Ferman Altunhan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 60th minute. Ferman Altunhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vacid Rehber kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Vacid Rehber charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vacid Rehber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Namık Velican might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gökhun Lebib. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Namık Velican ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the match, Mersin JK's Namık Velican sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gökhun Lebib narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olgun Alan was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 85th minute, Olgun Alan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Beylikdüzü FK got a freekick which was hit by Sezer Tezer. If Ferman Altunhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
