Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tarkan Salur made the kick off which started today's match. Şenel Ergönül didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mithat Ağaoğlu went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 10 played minutes Etimesgut SK got a freekick which was hit by Aytunç Mutlu. Kadim Aktaşlıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Etimesgut SK's Şenel Ergönül played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadim Aktaşlıoğlu in the 13th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Etimesgut SK's Tarkan Salur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yiğit Can Ayvaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kovancilar SK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ramiz Egin was slow to take the kick. During this time Etimesgut SK's players had a chance to rest. Yiğit Can Ayvaz was a little too slow when Tarkan Salur got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-1. Yiğit Can Ayvaz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aras Görkem Baba. Zeki Çelen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Kadim Aktaşlıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Mithat Ağaoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kovancilar SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mithat Ağaoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kadim Aktaşlıoğlu was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aytunç Mutlu during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Aytunç Mutlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Mithat Ağaoğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şenel Ergönül. Etimesgut SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mithat Ağaoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 61st minute Tarkan Salur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Can Ayvaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Etimesgut SK's Şenel Ergönül played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadim Aktaşlıoğlu in the 66th minute of play. Atak Candaner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yiğit Can Ayvaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Kovancilar SK booed when Etimesgut SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batuğ Uğursay didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Kovancilar SK's Mithat Ağaoğlu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Şenel Ergönül. That made the score 1-3 after 73 minutes of play. In the 77th match minute, Etimesgut SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kağan Korur to maneuver through the defense. Yiğit Can Ayvaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tarkan Salur, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When Kovancilar SK's Kadim Aktaşlıoğlu in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Etimesgut SK's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kovancilar SK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
