After 39 minutes, Aybek Elçin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Selcuk FK and the Beykoz players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Beykoz booed when Selcuk FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aybek Elçin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özer Palabıyık showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayyip Ongay, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Ahmet Sedat Okan hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Özer Palabıyık successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Tayyip Ongay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baha Acarer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aybek Elçin, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Tayfur Özpulat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baha Acarer having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Berkant Baransel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beykoz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berkant Baransel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 96 minutes of play, Beykoz's Tayyip Ongay made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Özer Palabıyık was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded Beykoz left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Selcuk FK.
