Celebi's Gökçen Ballıoğlu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Inebolu SK. 24 minutes into the game, Tugay Akabe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inebolu SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Celebi the free kick. Rauf Uğurlubey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rauf Uğurlubey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Erbatur having to interfere. Rauf Uğurlubey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ekber Özdeş fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inebolu SK's protests and gave Ekber Özdeş a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Inebolu SK's Ekber Özdeş got a free kick in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zülfü Saban was the one to do the kick off. Rauf Uğurlubey struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Anıl Erbatur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Celebi. Ferhat Tüzün succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 65th playminute. When Ferhat Tüzün came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Celebi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferhat Tüzün couldn't finish the play. Arda Turcan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zülfü Saban in the 80th minute of the match. If Rauf Uğurlubey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Rauf Uğurlubey fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anıl Erbatur, passed just outside the right post. Inebolu SK's Anıl Erbatur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Inebolu SK from getting a goal against them. Fetih Tugay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Celebi played a much better game than Inebolu SK and deserved their victory. The Inebolu SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
