Fedai Koç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdi Bekdemir in the 5th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balaban Demiroğlu during the 6th minute. Sertaç Doğanlar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ferhan Akadlı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Damal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Berker Rıza Bayram fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferdi Bekdemir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fedai Koç. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Nuh Eren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Korkut SK booed when Damal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balaban Demiroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Korkut SK's Erdinç Pakkan tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Boğaçhan Sanal fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Damal's protests and gave Boğaçhan Sanal a yellow card for diving instead. Boğaçhan Sanal hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Ferhan Akadlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çağlar Tanbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Korkut SK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Bekir Pekin hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Ferdi Bekdemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferdi Bekdemir struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Fedai Koç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korkut SK. Korkut SK's Ferhan Akadlı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sertaç Doğanlar in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Çağlar Tanbey to make the kick off. When Çağlar Tanbey came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Damal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çağlar Tanbey couldn't finish the play. Ferdi Bekdemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedai Koç having to interfere. With a little luck, Korkut SK's Ferhan Akadlı got control of the ball when Sertaç Doğanlar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Korkut SK's Ferdi Bekdemir got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ferhan Akadlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağlar Tanbey in the 71st minute of play. Mesut Orus kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Ferhan Akadlı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sertaç Doğanlar in the 79th minute. If Çağlar Tanbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute.
