Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ahmet Korcan Temren kicked off to start the match. In the 11th match minute, Feneryolu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinçer Eriş to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes in the game, Ahmet Korcan Temren fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hazım Nesil having to interfere. Garip Akboğa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Korcan Temren during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sariyahsi FK booed when Feneryolu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Korcan Temren didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garip Akboğa in the 24th minute of play forced Feneryolu's goalkeeper Lütfi Savtur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Garip Akboğa in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lütfi Savtur saved Feneryolu from getting behind. Kılıç Babacan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lütfi Savtur having to make a save. Garip Akboğa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lütfi Savtur having to interfere. Lütfi Savtur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kılıç Babacan's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Ferdi Öztürk hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kılıç Babacan to strike the kick off in the second half. Hazım Nesil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serhan Küdüs, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Kılıç Babacan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sariyahsi FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kılıç Babacan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lütfi Savtur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göksun Muhammed got free with Lütfi Savtur in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Feneryolu's Tayfun Değirmencioğlu got a free kick in the 58th minute. Hüsnü Ayaydın was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 64thth minute of the game Ahmet Korcan Temren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sariyahsi FK's Hazım Nesil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 67th minute, Kılıç Babacan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lütfi Savtur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kılıç Babacan's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Kılıç Babacan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 78th minute Kılıç Babacan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfi Savtur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Feneryolu's zone, Garip Akboğa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lütfi Savtur came out of the goal and Garip Akboğa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Garip Akboğa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lütfi Savtur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garip Akboğa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lütfi Savtur having to interfere. With a little luck, Feneryolu's Lütfi Savtur got control of the ball when Garip Akboğa tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Kılıç Babacan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
