Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gencal Ünan got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Gökcebey SK's goal looked a bit too open when Davut Rıfkı came free, but Mustafa Birol İmdat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ege Sadan struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Yalçın Nurbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gökcebey SK. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Gencal Ünan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Yalçın Nurbay. Aykut Polathan hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Yalçın Nurbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alptuğ Osmanoğulları's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Davut Rıfkı was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 26th minute. Sultanbeyli FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Ege Sadan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gökcebey SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ege Sadan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mustafa Birol İmdat was a little too slow when Baki Olgun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Gencal Ünan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Davut Rıfkı to make the kick off. Gazi Okaner charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gazi Okaner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Gökcebey SK got a freekick which was hit by Gazi Okaner. If Davut Rıfkı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gökcebey SK booed when Sultanbeyli FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hami Hazret didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gencal Ünan in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yalçın Nurbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 66 minutes, Ataman Yamaç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gökcebey SK and the Sultanbeyli FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Davut Rıfkı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yağızalp Eröz in the 72nd minute of play forced Gökcebey SK's goalkeeper Mustafa Birol İmdat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aykut Polathan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baki Olgun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Birol İmdat having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Gökcebey SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertan Özgunes to maneuver through the defense. If Baki Olgun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Gökcebey SK's goal looked a bit too open when Davut Rıfkı came free, but Mustafa Birol İmdat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sultanbeyli FK's Yalçın Nurbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Ünan in the 89th minute of play. If Gencal Ünan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
