The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vahap Ekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahtiyar Tuğbay in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Evciler were awarded a corner. Utkan Celvet went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Evciler booed when Sütcüler JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ertaç Erboy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vahap Ekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahtiyar Tuğbay in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Bahtiyar Tuğbay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vahap Ekin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ali Berkant Maksum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evciler's Erbatur Bahçeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akil Avşar in the 25th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Bahtiyar Tuğbay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vahap Ekin. Sütcüler JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bahtiyar Tuğbay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Vahap Ekin came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Evciler's Bahtiyar Tuğbay. But to his dismay, Bahtiyar Tuğbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Berkant Maksum in the 43rd minute of play forced Sütcüler JK's goalkeeper Vahap Ekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Akil Avşar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bahtiyar Tuğbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vahap Ekin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahtiyar Tuğbay in the 57th minute of play forced Sütcüler JK's goalkeeper Vahap Ekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Artun Karan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sütcüler JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Evciler the free kick. A collision led to Sütcüler JK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Artun Karan hit a great ball. Sütcüler JK's Vahap Ekin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Sütcüler JK from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Ali Berkant Maksum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Evciler's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Berkant Maksum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vahap Ekin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vahap Ekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahtiyar Tuğbay in the 64th minute of play. If Bahtiyar Tuğbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Bahtiyar Tuğbay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vahap Ekin was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. With a little luck, Sütcüler JK's Vahap Ekin got control of the ball when Ali Berkant Maksum tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bahtiyar Tuğbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erbatur Bahçeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akil Avşar in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Bahtiyar Tuğbay fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Vahap Ekin, passed just outside the right post. 80 minutes into the match, Sütcüler JK's goal looked a bit too open when Bahtiyar Tuğbay came free, but Vahap Ekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahap Ekin made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ali Berkant Maksum sent off a good shot on target. Bahtiyar Tuğbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vahap Ekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Sütcüler JK booed when Evciler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balaban Şahoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Akil Avşar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erbatur Bahçeli. Evciler's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Akil Avşar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 96 minutes into the match, Sütcüler JK's goal looked a bit too open when Bahtiyar Tuğbay came free, but Vahap Ekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vahap Ekin made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Ali Berkant Maksum sent off a good shot on target. The Sütcüler JK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Evciler were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
