Kenan Sufi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abayhan Huzur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Patnos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Kagithane's Mevlüt Yasun got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Abayhan Huzur. Abayhan Huzur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenan Sufi in the 20th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Anıl Mücahit Deren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kagithane's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Mücahit Deren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abayhan Huzur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 36 played minutes Patnos got a freekick which was hit by Bülent Şahabeddin. Anıl Mücahit Deren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kenan Sufi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abayhan Huzur made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Anıl Mücahit Deren sent off a good shot on target.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kenan Sufi to make the kick off. Aysan Yalçın who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Zikri Ersayın when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bülent Şahabeddin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Zikri Ersayın made a huge save. Abayhan Huzur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anıl Mücahit Deren, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Babür Muhammed was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Anıl Mücahit Deren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aysan Yalçın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kenan Sufi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, Patnos's goal looked a bit too open when Kenan Sufi came free, but Abayhan Huzur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kagithane walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
