Ahmet Gökalp Durali hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Uğur Mustafali from long distance, 6 minutes into the match, got Akil Utkan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 10 played minutes Ordu got a freekick which was hit by Savaşer Civan. Mugla's Akil Utkan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özal Başesgi in the 12th minute of play. If Cihangir Uraltan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özal Başesgi in the 20th minute of play forced Mugla's goalkeeper Akil Utkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aşkın Artuç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Savaşer Civan in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akil Utkan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cihangir Uraltan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ordu's Faruk Nafiz Ocakçı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şehzade Uçanay in the 34th minute of play. Faruk Nafiz Ocakçı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aşkın Artuç's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 45 minutes, Genco Yalım mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mugla and the Ordu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Genco Yalım hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ordu booed when Mugla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rüştü Okyay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aşkın Artuç made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes in the game, Aşkın Artuç fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Faruk Nafiz Ocakçı having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ordu's Kamber Özek got a free kick in the 58th minute. Cihangir Uraltan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Akil Utkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Öztürk Tezay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ordu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mugla the free kick. After 74 played minutes Ordu got a freekick which was hit by Öztürk Tezay. Şehzade Uçanay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Şehzade Uçanay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Özal Başesgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Aşkın Artuç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faruk Nafiz Ocakçı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aşkın Artuç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Mugla's goal looked a bit too open when Özal Başesgi came free, but Akil Utkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kamber Özek was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 98 minutes had been played. Kamber Özek hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. Ordu were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mugla for a fine match.
