Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Karakecili SK's Yüksel Evliya started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kürşat Çavas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mecnun Mirkelam went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Mecnun Mirkelam succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Karakecili SK's goal looked a bit too open when Şenel Burçak came free, but Kürşat Çavas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Mecnun Mirkelam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simav's Saltuk Tuna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Simav from getting a goal against them. If Mecnun Mirkelam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şenel Burçak in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kürşat Çavas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simav were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Karakecili SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lokman Erginalp took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Mecnun Mirkelam heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in Karakecili SK's zone, Şenel Burçak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kürşat Çavas came out of the goal and Şenel Burçak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mecnun Mirkelam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kürşat Çavas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenel Burçak in the 44th minute of play. Saltuk Tuna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yüksel Evliya, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Şenel Burçak to strike the kick off in the second half. If Seyhan Yelmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mahsun Oğuztüzün's late challenge caught a Karakecili SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mahsun Oğuztüzün helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Simav's Mahsun Oğuztüzün got a free kick in the 59th minute. Seyhan Yelmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Yüksel Evliya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saltuk Tuna. Simav's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yüksel Evliya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 71stth minute of the game Seyhan Yelmen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simav's Saltuk Tuna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yüksel Evliya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saltuk Tuna having to interfere. If Seyhan Yelmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Karakecili SK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Aykut Veysi hit a great ball. Kürşat Çavas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lokman Erginalp. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Şenel Burçak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simav's supporters rose to their feet, but Şenel Burçak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kürşat Çavas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seyhan Yelmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Mecnun Mirkelam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simav's supporters rose to their feet, but Mecnun Mirkelam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kürşat Çavas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd match minute, Karakecili SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vehdi Oktay to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Şenel Burçak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kürşat Çavas was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
