When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Bayram Nazır sped through Azdavay SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saip Zafir. When Hurşit Kongurtay fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azdavay SK's protests and gave Hurşit Kongurtay a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Torbali booed when Azdavay SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hurşit Kongurtay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes Azdavay SK got a freekick which was hit by Arif Nihat Tümerdem. Fahrettin Erez struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Saip Zafir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torbali. Arif Nihat Tümerdem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Ahmet Vefik Dilsaz fired a really elegant long shot, but Orkun Tetiker threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 30 minutes into the match, Azdavay SK's goal looked a bit too open when Bayram Nazır came free, but Saip Zafir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saip Zafir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fahrettin Erez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ateş Ergazi came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Azdavay SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ateş Ergazi couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Azdavay SK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Hurşit Kongurtay hit a great ball. Bayram Nazır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saip Zafir having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Azdavay SK's goal looked a bit too open when Fahrettin Erez came free, but Saip Zafir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Battal Nuh charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Battal Nuh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Torbali booed when Azdavay SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Battal Nuh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fahrettin Erez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Nihat Tümerdem to strike the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ergincan Suerkan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Azdavay SK's Ahmet Vefik Dilsaz tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kaan Uğursan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Ramiz Tanak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Ateş Ergazi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orkun Tetiker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Fahrettin Erez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saip Zafir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Torbali:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Azdavay SK:s goal. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Azdavay SK. Ahmet Vefik Dilsaz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Orkun Tetiker. 2-1.
