The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hakkı Devrim Göktürk's late challenge caught a Kocamustafapasa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cerkes's supporters rose to their feet, but Abayhan Tanırcan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Başaran Özok breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, Kocamustafapasa's goalkeeper Başaran Özok had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cuma Güler. Abayhan Tanırcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Başaran Özok tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Batu Cem Usal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 minutes of play Cerkes's Hakkı Devrim Göktürk was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Hakkı Devrim Göktürk kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abayhan Tanırcan during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Cerkes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abayhan Tanırcan to maneuver through the defense. If Efekan Duran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abayhan Tanırcan was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Cerkes getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Abayhan Tanırcan hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batu Cem Usal was the one to do the kick off. Batu Cem Usal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eray Nasr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 minutes, Anıl Cenk Fırat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cerkes and the Kocamustafapasa players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Cenk Bengi in the 62nd minute of play forced Cerkes's goalkeeper Doğukan Bedih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anıl Cenk Bengi charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anıl Cenk Bengi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Oktay Bostancı fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerkes's protests and gave Oktay Bostancı a yellow card for diving instead. Batu Cem Usal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğukan Bedih having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Cerkes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efekan Duran to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes of play Cerkes's Oktay Bostancı was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 95 played minutes Cerkes got a freekick which was hit by Oktay Bostancı. In the 97th minute, Efekan Duran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 98 minutes into the match, Kocamustafapasa's Sungurbey Revha broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Cerkes were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Kocamustafapasa to leave the ground with a draw.
