With a little luck, Yesilyurt's Enis Behiç Kenan got control of the ball when Hamdi Sebih tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zülfü Akmeşe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baha Şenal having to make a save. Enis Behiç Kenan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hamdi Sebih in the 22nd minute. Halit Şahinter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baha Şenal having to interfere. Baha Şenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zülfü Akmeşe in the 26th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Hamdi Sebih managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yusufeli's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamdi Sebih was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enis Behiç Kenan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arif Oğuz Aktay struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Enis Behiç Kenan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yusufeli. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Oğuz Aktay to make the kick off. Atalan Ülgener kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 60thth minute of the game Zülfü Akmeşe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yusufeli's Baha Şenal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Halit Şahinter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arda Baybars Salahaddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enis Behiç Kenan having to interfere. Yusufeli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yesilyurt the free kick. The supporters of Yesilyurt booed when Yusufeli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalan Ülgener didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zülfü Akmeşe in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baha Şenal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 86 minutes, Ahmet Baki Üner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yusufeli and the Yesilyurt players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ahmet Baki Üner kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Zülfü Akmeşe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 88th minute. Yesilyurt's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Songurhan Serdar kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Zülfü Akmeşe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Yusufeli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atalan Ülgener to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Yusufeli fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yesilyurt had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
