With an extended leg and a bit of luck Habib Sulasi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Midyat's Mehmet Fatih Yezid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esen İplikçi in the 9th minute of play. Erhun Keskinel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes Kadiköy got a freekick which was hit by Tibet Arısoy. Habib Sulasi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kılıç Çelikkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kılıç Çelikkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kılıç Çelikkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Habib Sulasi having to interfere. Mehmet Fatih Yezid made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Erhun Keskinel sent off a good shot on target. Erhun Keskinel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Mehmet Fatih Yezid made a huge save. If Esen İplikçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erhun Keskinel got free with Mehmet Fatih Yezid in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Esen İplikçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd play minute Erhun Keskinel came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mehmet Fatih Yezid. 1-0. Tibet Arısoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Esen İplikçi made the kick off in the second half. Habib Sulasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaşar Nuri Kınık in the 57th minute of play. In the 62nd minute of the match Adnan Köklem shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehmet Fatih Yezid showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Esen İplikçi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute Yaşar Nuri Kınık shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Sulasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Göktürk Tandan's late challenge caught a Kadiköy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göktürk Tandan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Midyat's Göktürk Tandan got a free kick in the 74th minute. Emran Tefhim, 74 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. When Kadiköy's Esen İplikçi in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Midyat's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esen İplikçi in the 92nd minute of play forced Midyat's goalkeeper Mehmet Fatih Yezid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erhun Keskinel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Fatih Yezid having to interfere. Kadiköy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
