The supporters of Beylikdüzü JK booed when Savsat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osman Nuri Isfahanlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Savsat's zone, Berkan Oğuralp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akay Besim came out of the goal and Berkan Oğuralp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Berkan Oğuralp struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Akay Besim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beylikdüzü JK. 1-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Sufi Talaş elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sufi Talaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Mazhar Koralp made a huge save. Savsat's Akay Besim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berkan Oğuralp in the 27th minute of play. Mazhar Koralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çetin Yücetekin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Yıldıray Erseç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akay Besim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sufi Talaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mazhar Koralp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Beylikdüzü JK's goalkeeper Mazhar Koralp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sufi Talaş. Sufi Talaş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Mazhar Koralp made a huge save. Beylikdüzü JK's Berkan Oğuralp got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Berkan Oğuralp was the one to do the kick off. Çetin Yücetekin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yıldıray Erseç got free with Akay Besim in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Savsat booed when Beylikdüzü JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selim Necid didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Beylikdüzü JK's Hayrettin Ökkeş seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hayrettin Ökkeş the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Beylikdüzü JK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hayrettin Ökkeş had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 67th minute, one of Beylikdüzü JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Beylikdüzü JK. After 81 played minutes Beylikdüzü JK got a freekick which was hit by Selim Necid. In the 87th minute, Yıldıray Erseç ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Akay Besim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Mazhar Koralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çetin Yücetekin in the 95th minute of the match. In the 99th minute, Çağan Muhittin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Savsat's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
