When Görkem Sözen came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Gümüssuyu SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Görkem Sözen couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Gümüssuyu SK booed when Hayrabolu SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilla Tarkan Tanbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilla Tarkan Tanbay's late challenge caught a Gümüssuyu SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erkut Türkeş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şakir İmren in the 20th minute of play. Vacid Tülek in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ali Kürşat Barçın, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Şakir İmren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Erkut Türkeş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olcay Orkun Ünlem made a kick off. Atalay Çolak tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ali Kürşat Barçın. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-1 in the 52nd minute. Şakir İmren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Akşemseddin Özenli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ali Kürşat Barçın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vacid Tülek might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Kürşat Barçın. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şakir İmren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erkut Türkeş having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Hayrabolu SK's goal looked a bit too open when Şakir İmren came free, but Erkut Türkeş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well placed Şakir İmren short distance shot in the 89th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross.
