In the 8th minute Alptuğ Arıkal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yıldıray Metehan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Musa Kalgay made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Musa Kalgay made a precise shot to the right of Yaşar Boratay. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asaf İlkay helped the player get up and apologised. Hayri Tankan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Batıhan Irak fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tandogan's protests and gave Batıhan Irak a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Aybasti booed when Tandogan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıhan Irak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yaşar Boratay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Musa Kalgay in the 96th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
