After 7 minutes, Nurtekin Erzan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sultanhamam and the Cayirli SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Sultanhamam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurtekin Erzan to maneuver through the defense. If Hacı Mecit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Birant Yavuz during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cayirli SK's Birant Yavuz got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Ahmet Kadri Acunman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Hacı Mecit's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Necdet Özdilek was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. It was a penalty for Cayirli SK! 63 minutes into the match, Cayirli SK's goal looked a bit too open when Seyfi Sururi came free, but Nusret Sarp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Cayirli SK defense, Seyfi Sururi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nusret Sarp. The Cayirli SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nusret Sarp should have stopped the shot. Rauf Cuma kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Seyfi Sururi charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Seyfi Sururi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute Seyfi Sururi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nusret Sarp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nusret Sarp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfi Sururi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Necdet Özdilek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Kadri Acunman in the 83rd minute of the match. When Sultanhamam's Seyfi Sururi in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Cayirli SK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Sultanhamam from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
