After a rather tough play, Pendik's Seyrani Cilasun got a free kick in the 4th minute. İlhan Kortan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Servet Uygun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pendik's Servet Uygun got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute Mehmet Arif Adalıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhittin Bedih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when İlhan Kortan got free with Okaner Mukbil in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdurrezzak Timur during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakkı Kenan Taib in the 42nd minute of play forced Pendik's goalkeeper Okaner Mukbil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Okaner Mukbil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Kenan Taib in the 43rd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Mehmet Arif Adalıoğlu made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers İlhan Kortan in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Okaner Mukbil saved Pendik from getting behind. After having played for 58 minutes, Mehmet Arif Adalıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pendik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Arif Adalıoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Muhittin Bedih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Arif Adalıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muhittin Bedih came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Pendik's Servet Uygun. But to his dismay, Servet Uygun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hakkı Kenan Taib fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Okaner Mukbil having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Pendik's goal looked a bit too open when İlhan Kortan came free, but Okaner Mukbil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Pendik:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oguzlar FK:s goal. The referee gave Oguzlar FK a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ant Özgenay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pendik's Okaner Mukbil. 1-2. 83 minutes into the game, Pendik's Servet Uygun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Muhittin Bedih made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oguzlar FK's goalkeeper Muhittin Bedih, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 2-3 when İlhan Kortan sped through Pendik's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Okaner Mukbil. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pendik walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
