The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saffet Erdemli was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Avanos's zone, Saffet Erdemli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Asım Orkan came out of the goal and Saffet Erdemli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 57 minutes Avanos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Barış Usta who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Düzköy booed when Avanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdi Erez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saffet Erdemli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ahmet Asım Orkan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Asım Orkan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nejat Alp Tandoğan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 73 minute of play.
