Volkan Uraltay helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Capa booed when Lüleburgaz FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Volkan Uraltay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Capa's Hayyam Hikmettin tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Capa's Bektaş Ali Özgenalp in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 32 played minutes Lüleburgaz FK got a freekick which was hit by Agah Yalım. After a defensive mix-up in Lüleburgaz FK's zone, Bektaş Ali Özgenalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İsmail Hakkı Semavi came out of the goal and Bektaş Ali Özgenalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th match minute, Lüleburgaz FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Volkan Uraltay to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sadri Erçetin in the 40th minute of play forced Capa's goalkeeper Gencay Acarbey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bektaş Ali Özgenalp was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Harun Türkdoğan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capa's supporters rose to their feet, but Harun Türkdoğan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İsmail Hakkı Semavi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Capa's Bektaş Ali Özgenalp got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Harun Türkdoğan put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of İsmail Hakkı Semavi. In the 64th minute Aytunç Eripek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencay Acarbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Capa's Gencay Acarbey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Capa from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Capa booed when Lüleburgaz FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orbay Zahir didn't get a good kick on the ball.
