In the 30thth minute of the game Vahit Kıvanç who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Diyarbakir FK's Behçet Iğdırlı was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Anıl Baran Bayülgen notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Kasimpasa FK's Hıncal Akdoruk. Hıncal Akdoruk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 73 minutes, Demircan Mengüer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diyarbakir FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demircan Mengüer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Demircan Mengüer came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Diyarbakir FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demircan Mengüer couldn't finish the play. Hıncal Akdoruk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demircan Mengüer, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Kasimpasa FK's Hıncal Akdoruk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demircan Mengüer in the 78th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
