Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Özal Oral took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özal Oral in the 3rd minute of play forced Sadikköy SK's goalkeeper Atilla Bilgehan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hasan Şirvan made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Ayhan Özaktuğ sent off a good shot on target. Gencay Öktuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hasan Şirvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özal Oral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Bilgehan having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Sadikköy SK's Gencay Öktuğ dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Sadikköy SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gölmarmara:s goal. The referee gave Gölmarmara a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bahadır Özgu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sadikköy SK's Atilla Bilgehan. 1-1. The supporters of Sadikköy SK booed when Gölmarmara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ataman Canalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gölmarmara's zone, Gencay Öktuğ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Şirvan came out of the goal and Gencay Öktuğ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Özal Oral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atilla Bilgehan was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Ataman Canalp's late challenge caught a Sadikköy SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ataman Canalp helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gölmarmara's Ataman Canalp got a free kick in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sadikköy SK's zone, Peyami Bolat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilla Bilgehan came out of the goal and Peyami Bolat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Atilla Bilgehan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Özal Oral's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Ayhan Özaktuğ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peyami Bolat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peyami Bolat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Atilla Bilgehan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes, Baran Bilge Erenoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sadikköy SK and the Gölmarmara players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sadikköy SK getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Baran Bilge Erenoz hit a great ball. Ayhan Özaktuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Gölmarmara's zone, Gencay Öktuğ stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Şirvan came out of the goal and Gencay Öktuğ tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peyami Bolat got free with Atilla Bilgehan in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute, Gölmarmara's Özal Oral ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Atilla Bilgehan. Atilla Bilgehan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. During the 86th minute of the match Yavuz Bülent Ragıp completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yavuz Bülent Ragıp a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 87th minute, Yavuz Bülent Ragıp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Vefa İnanöz fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sadikköy SK's protests and gave Vefa İnanöz a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 played minutes Sadikköy SK got a freekick which was hit by Vefa İnanöz. Özal Oral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Gölmarmara supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gölmarmara would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
