Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Gölmarmara's Özal Oral started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 9 minutes, Özal Oral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gölmarmara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özal Oral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peyami Bolat succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 10th playminute. Tunç Engintalay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Özal Oral in the 17th minute of play. Tunç Engintalay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Özal Oral, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Naim Saykut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Esat Özok was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nazilli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gölmarmara the free kick. Peyami Bolat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Özal Oral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peyami Bolat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Tunç Engintalay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th of the match, Özal Oral tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Tunç Engintalay got in the way and made a wonderful save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ahmet Kağan Oker's late challenge caught a Nazilli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Kağan Oker helped the player get up and apologised. Gölmarmara's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
