The supporters of Cagaloglu booed when Türkoglu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Arif Baykurt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yetkin Uran's shot from long distance in the 7th minute was not bad at all, but Türkoglu JK's Ferman Tanın knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Türkoglu JK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yetkin Uran was slow to take the kick. During this time Cagaloglu's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Cagaloglu's corner Yetkin Uran fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ferman Tanın quite easily take care of the ball. Ferman Tanın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafer Özpinar in the 12th minute of the match. İslam Çalkın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sedat Hamurcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 minutes, Ahmet Özkan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Türkoglu JK and the Cagaloglu players grew even worse after the yellow card. 31 minutes into the game, one of Türkoglu JK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Türkoglu JK:s Ferman Tanın showed great skill when he stopped Yetkin Uran:s penalty. With an all-out effort, Cagaloglu's Ferman Tanın threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cafer Özpinar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. İslam Çalkın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sedat Hamurcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Cagaloglu's goal looked a bit too open when Alemdar Ünsever came free, but İslam Çalkın reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cafer Özpinar in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferman Tanın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Türkoglu JK's Mansur Tanır got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to Türkoglu JK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ahmet Özkan hit a great ball. If Cafer Özpinar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. When Sedat Hamurcu came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Türkoglu JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sedat Hamurcu couldn't finish the play. Şener Seçkiner hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Alemdar Ünsever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
