Şerif Uluöz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necat Eldemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th match minute, Iskilip JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necat Eldemir to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Eralp Aktekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Münir Akbatu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gökcebey's supporters rose to their feet, but Münir Akbatu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İsmail Orhun Erozan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necat Eldemir in the 28th minute of play forced Gökcebey's goalkeeper Şerif Uluöz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Münir Akbatu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsmail Orhun Erozan having to interfere. Gökcebey's Şerif Uluöz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necat Eldemir in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Gökcebey got a freekick which was hit by Akın Baytüze. When Ali Orhan Erbaş came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Iskilip JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Orhan Erbaş couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Iskilip JK booed when Gökcebey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akın Baytüze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iskilip JK were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Gökcebey's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cüneyt Hünkar took the corner. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 77 played minutes, Iskilip JK's Muammer Camcı shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Şerif Uluöz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Iskilip JK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Münir Akbatu in the 80th minute of play forced Iskilip JK's goalkeeper İsmail Orhun Erozan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes Iskilip JK got a freekick which was hit by Cüneyt Hünkar. Baysal Siralp, 81 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Iskilip JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giray Uğurlubey to maneuver through the defense. Ali Orhan Erbaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Necat Eldemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökcebey were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Iskilip JK for a fine match.
