A collision led to Nisantasi JK getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Sarp Özyurt hit a great ball. The supporters of Nisantasi JK booed when Oyak SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Servet Taygar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Talat Hızlı sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Oyak SK's Aybars Ünsaç didn't even have to move. Aybars Ünsaç didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bektaş Veli Ulutan went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Selmi Acaroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Güney Oncel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aybars Ünsaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Selmi Acaroğlu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Akgün Ulaç. That made the score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. Akgün Ulaç made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teoman Şıran in the 31st minute. Reşit Göçmen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Tacettin Abide who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oyak SK's Aybars Ünsaç was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Oyak SK's goalkeeper Aybars Ünsaç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Oyak SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aybars Ünsaç should have stopped the shot. Akgün Ulaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selmi Acaroğlu in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Güney Oncel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selmi Acaroğlu in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Akgün Ulaç saved Nisantasi JK from getting behind. After 71 minutes Nisantasi JK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Atabey Ahioğlu who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Nisantasi JK's Sarp Özyurt got a free kick in the 74th minute. Selmi Acaroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 played minutes Oyak SK got a freekick which was hit by Haşim Kayacan. The audience was convinced that Bektaş Veli Ulutan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aybars Ünsaç was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Tacettin Abide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Aybars Ünsaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Teoman Şıran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akgün Ulaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Selmi Acaroğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akgün Ulaç having to interfere. When Güney Oncel fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nisantasi JK's protests and gave Güney Oncel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Nisantasi JK's Güney Oncel got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute Bektaş Veli Ulutan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybars Ünsaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teoman Şıran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akgün Ulaç having to interfere. The Nisantasi JK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
