In the 5th minute, Reşit Deniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Çelebi Ergazi in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baskın Huzur saved Adalar SK from getting behind. Çelebi Ergazi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Balya FK's Ömer Hızlan got control of the ball when Dilaver Pektaşi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baskın Huzur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erdoğan Helvacıoğlu in the 18th minute of play. Ömer Hızlan made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Dilaver Pektaşi sent off a good shot on target. Ömer Hızlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reşit Deniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Erdoğan Helvacıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balya FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Erdoğan Helvacıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baskın Huzur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Çelebi Ergazi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Çelebi Ergazi was the one to do the kick off. Ömer Hızlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dilaver Pektaşi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hakan Ongul's late challenge caught a Adalar SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reşit Deniz in the 58th minute of play forced Balya FK's goalkeeper Ömer Hızlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balya FK's Yaser Çokman shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Baskın Huzur but with some difficulty. Fahrettin Öğeturk hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Balya FK's goal looked a bit too open when Dilaver Pektaşi came free, but Ömer Hızlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erdoğan Helvacıoğlu in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baskın Huzur, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Erdoğan Helvacıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Baskın Huzur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Dilaver Pektaşi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 96 minutes, Fahrettin Öğeturk mouthed his way into the referee's book.
