Van SK's Ekber Dengizer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osman İkbal in the 24th minute of play. Aktuğ Birsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ekber Dengizer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Ekber Dengizer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osman İkbal in the 28th minute of play. Aktuğ Birsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekber Dengizer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktuğ Birsen in the 46th minute of play forced Van SK's goalkeeper Ekber Dengizer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Osman İkbal made the kick off in the second half. If Vecdi Tevfik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. Ayvaz Talaykut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poyraz Bürge in the 93rd minute of the match. Van SK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nurhak for a fine match.
