Menderes Özgurcan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kürşat Düden having to make a save. The Hizan fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Hizan's Ogün Özgan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ekrem Kerimhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faik Serdinç having to interfere. When Akın Acem fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hizan's protests and gave Akın Acem a yellow card for diving instead. Akın Acem hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Hizan's goal looked a bit too open when Hüseyin Rahmi Özgenay came free, but Faik Serdinç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Ekrem Kerimhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Hizan booed when Bolu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdi Maksut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kürşat Düden didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Menderes Özgurcan went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüseyin Rahmi Özgenay couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ferdi Maksut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolu's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdi Maksut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faik Serdinç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th match minute, Bolu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bayram Teoman to maneuver through the defense. If Menderes Özgurcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bolu's Ferdi Maksut got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bolu's zone, Menderes Özgurcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kürşat Düden came out of the goal and Menderes Özgurcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Faik Serdinç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekrem Kerimhan in the 84th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Bolu got a freekick which was hit by Ekrem Kerimhan. Ekrem Kerimhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Faik Serdinç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
