Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sercan Doğu started the match with the kick off. If Anıl Berk Boysel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sefa Erdursun was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Kerim Babür capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kerim Babür really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After having played for 20 minutes, Sadri Demir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Side's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sadri Demir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Kerim Babür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sercan Doğu hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Kerim Babür recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sefa Erdursun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Berk Boysel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anıl Berk Boysel to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Atabek Balıkçıoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Side and the Ümraniye players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st of the match, Sercan Doğu tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Cevdet Kutbay got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 63rd match minute, Side was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atabek Balıkçıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. If Sercan Doğu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Sercan Doğu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cevdet Kutbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute Anıl Berk Boysel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sefa Erdursun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Kemal Mukaddes might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cevdet Kutbay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Kemal Mukaddes ran back to his position shaking his head. 78 minutes into the match, Ümraniye's goalkeeper Cevdet Kutbay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Kemal Mukaddes. After a defensive mix-up in Ümraniye's zone, Sercan Doğu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cevdet Kutbay came out of the goal and Sercan Doğu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Side's Sefa Erdursun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerim Babür in the 83rd minute of play. Side's Mustafa Kemal Mukaddes got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Kerim Babür got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 94 played minutes, Ümraniye's Nazil Çelikkan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sefa Erdursun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ümraniye reached it. Side's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Ümraniye had won, even though Side had held more of the ball.
