Çelikan Sufi started the match with the kick off. Bora Ergüder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Münir Elçibey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the game, Yeniköy's Mecnun Hatim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Münir Elçibey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Münir Elçibey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bora Ergüder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birkan Güdeş hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. If Bora Ergüder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yeniköy's zone, Çelikan Sufi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vefa Neşit came out of the goal and Çelikan Sufi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Kağan Ünüvar during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Yeniköy getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ali Kağan Ünüvar hit a great ball. If Çelikan Sufi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes, Bahcesehir JK's Bahattin Oktan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vefa Neşit came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bahcesehir JK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mecnun Hatim in the 41st minute of play forced Bahcesehir JK's goalkeeper Münir Elçibey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Bora Ergüder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Bora Ergüder dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Münir Elçibey, 0-2. 67 minutes into the match, Yeniköy's goal looked a bit too open when Aşır Çokman came free, but Vefa Neşit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Çelikan Sufi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vefa Neşit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aşır Çokman in the 84th minute of the match. Muhittin Kutun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes Bora Ergüder rounded Bahcesehir JK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Paşa Ali Tekecan, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Aşır Çokman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Yeniköy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
