Cihangir's Adil Lema played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Tugay Özyurt in the 3rd minute of play. Arif Tugay Özyurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adil Lema having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orhan Seyfi Duran during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Göksel Kutsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kağan Kuddusi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Tugay Özyurt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Fedai Başarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sivasli's Göksel Kutsoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kağan Kuddusi in the 30th minute of play. Kağan Kuddusi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Göksel Kutsoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedai Başarman in the 34th minute. Bora Han Uzay kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Göksel Kutsoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bora Han Uzay, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Arif Tugay Özyurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kağan Kuddusi made a kick off. When Cihangir's Fedai Başarman in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sivasli's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sivasli's zone, Fedai Başarman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göksel Kutsoy came out of the goal and Fedai Başarman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edip Siret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edip Siret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Sivasli booed when Cihangir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necat Oncel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Necat Oncel fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cihangir's protests and gave Necat Oncel a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Cihangir's Necat Oncel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Cesur Hacı, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Edip Siret sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edip Siret in the 81st minute of play forced Cihangir's goalkeeper Adil Lema to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kağan Kuddusi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Göksel Kutsoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Sivasli got a freekick which was hit by İlmi Samih. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
