Sabahattin Torum kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Aykan Başarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dündar Hanbeyi having to interfere. In the 13th minute Aykan Başarman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dündar Hanbeyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Berk Özalpman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute Nuh Gülsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazmi İsmihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dündar Hanbeyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykan Başarman, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Cahit Salcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, Cakirlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cahit Salcan to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Cat SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anıl Berk Özalpman to strike the kick off in the second half. Cat SK's Nazmi İsmihan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuh Gülsoy in the 52nd minute of play. If Gökhan Yasin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute Nuh Gülsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazmi İsmihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aykan Başarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dündar Hanbeyi having to interfere. Nazmi İsmihan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökhan Yasin's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. If Cahit Salcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gökhan Yasin struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Nazmi İsmihan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cakirlar SK. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cat SK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
