Şenol Özaltın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tekkeköy's Şenol Özaltın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Tekkeköy from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faik Başol in the 12th minute of play forced Pertek's goalkeeper Şamil Mahsun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Faik Başol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute Ahmet Bedri Şems shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şamil Mahsun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Pertek a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yetkiner Ermiye, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tekkeköy's Şenol Özaltın. 1-0. Ahmet Bedri Şems sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Yenal Yağınalp came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Pertek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yenal Yağınalp couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Tekkeköy's Şenol Özaltın got control of the ball when Tuğrul Neyzen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Ulaş Okatay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Alim Şahistan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Şenol Özaltın. That made the score 2-0 in the 43 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alim Şahistan to make the kick off. Yenal Yağınalp kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Şamil Mahsun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Bedri Şems went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 55 minutes into the game, Çetin Tanören was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tekkeköy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pertek the free kick. A collision led to Tekkeköy getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Çetin Tanören hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the game, one of Tekkeköy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 64 played minutes Pertek got a freekick which was hit by Seyhan Akyazıcı. 69 minutes into the match, Tekkeköy's Faik Başol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şamil Mahsun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yenal Yağınalp hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Şamil Mahsun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faik Başol in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Ahmet Bedri Şems managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tekkeköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Bedri Şems was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Bedri Şems fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şamil Mahsun having to interfere. A collision led to Pertek getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Tuğrul Neyzen hit a great ball. Şenol Özaltın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tuğrul Neyzen in the 90th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Tekkeköy's Ulaş Okatay got a free kick in the 94th minute. Alim Şahistan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Pertek had won after a very even match.
