When Duman Toregün fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sivasli's protests and gave Duman Toregün a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sivasli getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Duman Toregün hit a great ball. If Yağız Uraltay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tolga Tanaltan in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anıl Baran Uğurhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Yağız Uraltay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anıl Baran Uğurhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolga Tanaltan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute of the match, Gökcan İbrahimoğlu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Harun Özaydın saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Harun Özaydın stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökcan İbrahimoğlu's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Kumluca SK booed when Sivasli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serbülent Akyüz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kumluca SK's Harun Özaydın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökcan İbrahimoğlu in the 61st minute of play.
