With his leg Şeref Rahmi managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Bakkalköy's Devran Ortunc fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Devran Ortunc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Sinanpasa FK's Şeref Rahmi got control of the ball when Devran Ortunc tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Sinanpasa FK's goal looked a bit too open when Okanalp Bağışhan came free, but Şeref Rahmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hazım Tunak's late challenge caught a Bakkalköy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hazım Tunak helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sinanpasa FK getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hazım Tunak hit a great ball. Devran Ortunc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Şeref Rahmi made a huge save. 41 minutes in the game, Devran Ortunc fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Şeref Rahmi having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Okanalp Bağışhan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Şeref Rahmi. The goal made the score 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
