Bozdogan JK's Akın Seha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Bozdogan JK from getting a goal against them. 4 minutes into the game, Yavuz Selim Özver was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bozdogan JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rize JK the free kick. Musa Tanbey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Akın Seha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bozdogan JK's Berker Hedef got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute Gürel Onurad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suavi Özdoğal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bozdogan JK booed when Rize JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aral Ortaçgil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gürel Onurad might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Suavi Özdoğal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürel Onurad ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Bozdogan JK's Ahmet Yahya Gümüşcü got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th match minute, Bozdogan JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercüment Hepyener to maneuver through the defense. Akın Seha was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Şerafettin Alpaslan. Akın Seha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsmail Orhun Tezalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Musa Tanbey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rize JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Musa Tanbey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akın Seha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürel Onurad in the 37th minute of play forced Rize JK's goalkeeper Suavi Özdoğal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürel Onurad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Suavi Özdoğal having to make a save. Berker Hedef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Suavi Özdoğal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Berker Hedef ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Suavi Özdoğal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when İsmail Orhun Tezalp made the kick off in the second half. When Rize JK's Musa Tanbey in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bozdogan JK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 53rd minute Gürel Onurad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suavi Özdoğal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abay Korkut charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abay Korkut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Abay Korkut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Gaffar Haksever in the 60th minute of play forced Bozdogan JK's goalkeeper Akın Seha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abay Korkut was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. A collision led to Bozdogan JK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Abay Korkut hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by İsmail Orhun Tezalp in the 63rd minute of play forced Bozdogan JK's goalkeeper Akın Seha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Bozdogan JK's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Orhun Tezalp came free, but Akın Seha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Musa Tanbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akın Seha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes in the game, Berker Hedef fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Suavi Özdoğal having to interfere. Akın Seha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Orhun Tezalp in the 87th minute of play. Akın Seha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Musa Tanbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Bozdogan JK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gürel Onurad hit a great ball. İsmail Orhun Tezalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akın Seha having to interfere. Bozdogan JK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
