Mesut Torhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Cemil Torcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Erbatur Rusuhi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Korgun and the Digor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Digor booed when Korgun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erbatur Rusuhi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oğuzalp Nafiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Tolga Subahi came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Digor's Abdülhak Unat. But to his dismay, Abdülhak Unat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Artaç Denizalp kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Reşat Doğulu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mustafa Namık Özer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Digor's Cemil Torcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reşat Doğulu in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdülhak Unat to make the kick off. Aktuğ Rüştü kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With his leg Ahmet Tolga Subahi managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Digor's Mustafa Namık Özer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mesut Torhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cemil Torcan having to make a save. Korgun's Ahmet Tolga Subahi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdülhak Unat in the 65th minute of play. Mesut Torhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abdülhak Unat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mustafa Namık Özer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Abdülhak Unat kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Tolga Subahi. That made the score 0-2 in the 78 minute of play. The Korgun fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Korgun's Mesut Torhan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abdülhak Unat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the game, one of Korgun:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Digor eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
