Avanos JK's Güvenç Bayman got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Güvenç Bayman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Bircan Özaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Selahaddin Tezer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baycan Özker, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Akın Sağanalp hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Arif Erozan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bircan Özaslan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Habib Tanzer got free with Selahaddin Tezer in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Selahaddin Tezer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baycan Özker, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Habib Tanzer got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 32 minutes, Yalçın Uluçam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Avanos JK and the Güzelyali SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Güzelyali SK booed when Avanos JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yalçın Uluçam didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Habib Tanzer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 36 played minutes Güzelyali SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Vefik İpek. When Güvenç Bayman came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Avanos JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Güvenç Bayman couldn't finish the play. Emrah Şahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bircan Özaslan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güvenç Bayman in the 45th minute of play forced Güzelyali SK's goalkeeper Bircan Özaslan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Güvenç Bayman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Güvenç Bayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Yalçın Uluçam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Güzelyali SK's Bircan Özaslan got control of the ball when Emrah Şahan tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Avanos JK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Güzelyali SK.
