Doruk Öktürk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Onur Muammer having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mehmet Emrah Köken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Evciler's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Emrah Köken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Onur Muammer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mete Ilıca charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mete Ilıca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
