If Kadir Dursunali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gürol Şükür fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rüştü Mirza having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bahattin Güleç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abuzer Özalp's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Akpinar FK's zone, Gürol Şükür stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rüştü Mirza came out of the goal and Gürol Şükür tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes Poligom got a freekick which was hit by Necdet Sabuncu. Birkan Uluant struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Bahattin Güleç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akpinar FK. Kadir Dursunali could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Rüştü Mirza made a huge save. 34 minutes into the game, Necdet Sabuncu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Poligom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akpinar FK the free kick. In the 34th minute, Necdet Sabuncu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Birkan Uluant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bahattin Güleç came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Akpinar FK's Birkan Uluant. But to his dismay, Birkan Uluant quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

The wind increased when Abuzer Özalp made the kick off in the second half. Abuzer Özalp struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Bahattin Güleç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akpinar FK. In the 54th match minute, Akpinar FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abuzer Özalp to maneuver through the defense. Rüştü Mirza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürol Şükür in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Poligom booed when Akpinar FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağan Tarık didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rüştü Mirza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kadir Dursunali, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77th match minute, Poligom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahadır Nasuh to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Abuzer Özalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahattin Güleç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birkan Uluant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rüştü Mirza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gürol Şükür, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Birkan Uluant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birkan Uluant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bahattin Güleç having to interfere. Poligom's Bahattin Güleç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abuzer Özalp in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Akpinar FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Poligom.
