In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imranli SK's goalkeeper Halil Utku Kartay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aşkın Işıldar in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Halil Utku Kartay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Imranli SK's Cemil Nihat got a free kick in the 37th minute. Aşkın Işıldar might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Halil Utku Kartay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aşkın Işıldar ran back to his position shaking his head. Yılmaz Övünç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Kartal Ozaner made a huge save. Mazgirt's Kartal Ozaner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Mazgirt from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 52nd minute Yılmaz Övünç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kartal Ozaner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mirza Tibet fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imranli SK's protests and gave Mirza Tibet a yellow card for diving instead. Imranli SK's Halil Utku Kartay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Imranli SK from getting a goal against them. If Aşkın Işıldar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute of the match, Muhammet Kökten tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Halil Utku Kartay saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
