Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Derik's Kaan Avcı started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match Mustafa Ekrem Öktem shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 5th minute Kaan Avcı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Batu Naşit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Batu Naşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th match minute, Kovancilar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıçhan Tuğaltan to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sadettin Seyban, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batu Naşit in the 18th minute of play. Tolga Tümen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu having to interfere. If Batu Naşit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kovancilar JK's Batu Naşit got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Adil Aynacıoğlu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp. Adil Aynacıoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 36 played minutes Derik got a freekick which was hit by Yalçın Topçay. Tolga Tümen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaan Avcı in the 42nd minute of play forced Kovancilar JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adil Aynacıoğlu got free with Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tolga Tümen went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Batu Naşit to make the kick off. Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaan Avcı in the 58th minute of play. Adil Aynacıoğlu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Tolga Tümen sent off a good shot on target. In the 67thth minute of the game Adil Aynacıoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Derik's Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adil Aynacıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adil Aynacıoğlu in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp saved Derik from getting behind. Kovancilar JK's Adil Aynacıoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Derik's zone, Uluç Oğuzbala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp came out of the goal and Uluç Oğuzbala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adil Aynacıoğlu struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Mustafa Anıl Şahinalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kovancilar JK. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaan Avcı in the 95th minute of play forced Kovancilar JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Gökalp Şahbazoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaan Avcı in the 97th minute of the match.
