The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Talas. Avni Öztay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dündar Sabuncuoğlu struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Bora Han Onur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talas. Cenan Başeskioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lütfü Orgun having to interfere. After 26 minutes, İlkan Onuker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talas and the Tepecik JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tepecik JK booed when Talas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlkan Onuker didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Tepecik JK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. İhsan Boranalp hit a great ball. Bora Han Onur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dündar Sabuncuoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dündar Sabuncuoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bora Han Onur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avni Öztay in the 39th minute of play forced Tepecik JK's goalkeeper Bora Han Onur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Metin Tansu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 played minutes Tepecik JK got a freekick which was hit by Devlet Tolgay. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sadettin Sağlamer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Cenan Başeskioğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cenan Başeskioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lütfü Orgun having to interfere. In the 61st play minute Dündar Sabuncuoğlu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bora Han Onur. 0-1. Tepecik JK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Avni Öztay 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Cenan Başeskioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bora Han Onur came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Talas's Dündar Sabuncuoğlu. But to his dismay, Dündar Sabuncuoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Cenan Başeskioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Bora Han Onur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avni Öztay in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86thth minute of the game Cenan Başeskioğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talas's Lütfü Orgun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Çağan Candar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çağan Candar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cenan Başeskioğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bora Han Onur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dündar Sabuncuoğlu in the 94th minute.
