Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Avni Öztay got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Mehmet Ali Lema managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gölcük's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehmet Ali Lema was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aytaç Ahi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Talas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Ali Lema was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Talas's Dündar Sabuncuoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emrah Akçakıl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Avni Öztay's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Dündar Sabuncuoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emrah Akçakıl having to interfere. Emrah Akçakıl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dündar Sabuncuoğlu in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avni Öztay in the 19th minute of play forced Gölcük's goalkeeper Emrah Akçakıl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aytaç Ahi struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Lütfü Orgun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gölcük. Gölcük's Aytaç Ahi got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lütfü Orgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Ali Lema, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Aytaç Ahi came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Gölcük fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aytaç Ahi couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute Avni Öztay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emrah Akçakıl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Mehmet Ali Lema made a precise shot to the right of Lütfü Orgun. Talas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Ali Lema made a kick off. In the 57th match minute, Gölcük was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keramettin Özgen to maneuver through the defense. Mazhar Akansel in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lütfü Orgun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aytaç Ahi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 65th playminute. Mehmet Ali Lema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lütfü Orgun having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Gölcük was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazhar Akansel to maneuver through the defense. Lütfü Orgun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Ali Lema, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
