Hikmet İcabi's late challenge caught a Sason JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hikmet İcabi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Hikmet İcabi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Mehmet Şefik Altuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedim Serbülend saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serbülent Yumlu in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Şahin Ereken, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sason JK's Şahin Ereken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahtiyar Nejat in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Batu Ağın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 minutes of play Sason JK's Batu Ağın was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 17 played minutes Sason JK got a freekick which was hit by Batu Ağın. Ata Şahbaz's late challenge caught a Kemaliye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Serbülent Yumlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Şahin Ereken made a huge save. If Bahtiyar Nejat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahtiyar Nejat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şahin Ereken having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bahtiyar Nejat made a kick off. Mehmet Şefik Altuğ might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nedim Serbülend. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Şefik Altuğ ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the match, Sason JK's goal looked a bit too open when Bahtiyar Nejat came free, but Şahin Ereken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sezgin Şinas during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mehmet Şefik Altuğs short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Nedim Serbülend to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 70 minutes into the match, Sason JK's Mehmet Şefik Altuğ sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nedim Serbülend narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Şefik Altuğ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Burç Paksoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Nedim Serbülend tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serbülent Yumlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vecdi Okyanus hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ata Şahbaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sason JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ata Şahbaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nedim Serbülend breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94thth minute of the game Bahtiyar Nejat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sason JK's Şahin Ereken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Serbülent Yumlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
